Your membership.
Your tier, your renewal date and your billing all live in the LERÉI app, under Membership. This page explains how renewal works, how to move between tiers, and how to bring a membership to an end.
1 How billing works
Your membership renews automatically on your renewal date, which is shown in the app on your membership card, and is charged to the payment method you joined with. You are notified by email each time a payment is taken.
A one-time joining fee applies to new monthly memberships. Annual memberships waive it. A six-month minimum term applies from the date you join.
2 Moving between tiers
Open Membership in the app and choose another tier. You are shown exactly what is due before anything is charged, and nothing changes until you confirm it.
- Moving between tiers on the same billing cycle places the difference on your next invoice.
- Moving between monthly and annual begins a new billing period, so that period is charged at the time. The amount is always shown to you before you agree to it.
3 Ending your membership
Membership is ended through your concierge rather than in the app, so that we can talk it through and settle anything outstanding. Message or email us and we will take care of it, including confirming the date your membership ends.

4 Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. LERÉI does not hold your card details; they are held by Stripe on your behalf, and you may change the card on file at any time through your concierge.
Where a payment fails, we will attempt it again and let you know. Membership remains in place while we resolve it with you rather than being ended without notice.
